I wanted to let you know that my experience at your dealership, and specifically with Dan Beierle, was fantastic. Dan was easy to work with and knowledgable. Most importantly, he was straight forward. When I asked questions, he gave me honest answers which is something I did not experience at other dealerships I visited. Finally, when it came to cutting the deal, you guys immediately gave me what I thought was a fair deal. This was not the case with other dealers which made the negotiation process more stressful and took the joy out of buying a new car. My father has purchased several vehicles from your dealership in the past, and his experience was less than stellar. Jon was very professional. He made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. We leased a new TL and really love it. We were really about to sign the papers for an Audi but saw a commercial for the TL and decided to check it out. Best decision we've made in a while.
