I initially came in to take a first hand look at two vehicles that I had seen on the Internet. Steve Ault came out and introduced himself, offering any help I needed. I typically prefer to look at vehicles alone and ask questions if and when I narrow down the choices, but Steve was so low key, genuine and enjoyable to talk to that we focused in on two vehicles and got down to test drives etc. In past vehicle purchases the sales person has been critical to my/ our selection and, frankly, Steve was fantastic. He was honest with tougher questions rather than wearing a sales hat in every case and was THE factor that closed the deal for me/ us. We have bought a great many cars over the years and I would rank my experience with Steve and Acura Columbus as one of the very best. Thanks Steve.

I would like to share with everyone that I had a wonderful experience at the Dublin Acura Service Department. I had to bring my husbands car into be serviced with my 10 month old daughter and the service i got was phenomenal. The waiting area was very clean and stocked, and I liked the tracking system that you have. Honestly, I was a little worried about coming into this location because of a previous experience that I had with the staff but being that this location is closer to my home I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked through the door the young man (i'm sorry I didnt get his name) was very courteous and attentive to my (and my young child and all her baggage) needs. I will definitely be scheduling my future services at this location! Thanks again!

I wanted to let you know that my experience at your dealership, and specifically with Dan Beierle, was fantastic. Dan was easy to work with and knowledgable. Most importantly, he was straight forward. When I asked questions, he gave me honest answers which is something I did not experience at other dealerships I visited. Finally, when it came to cutting the deal, you guys immediately gave me what I thought was a fair deal. This was not the case with other dealers which made the negotiation process more stressful and took the joy out of buying a new car. My father has purchased several vehicles from your dealership in the past, and his experience was less than stellar. Service Advisor Larry Jones Did An Exceptional Job. He Went Above And Beyond My Expectations. I Truly Had The Best Service Out Of Any Dealership I Have Ever Taken A Vehicle To. The Loaner Vehicle I Was Given Was Amazing, If I Were Able To Trade My Car In I Would Love To Have That Vehicle. It Was Very Nice Knowing My Car Was Done And I Was Updated As Soon As It Was Done And There Was No Pressure To Pick It Up Right Away. When I Received My Vehicle Back I Was Amazed By How Clean It Was And How Great Of A Job Larry Did Taking Care Not Only Of My Vehicle But Me As Well. The Dealership Was Very Nice Inside And Provided Me With Cheetos And A Nice Cold Sprite While I Signed The Paperwork And Larry Explained Everything With Me And Informed Me Of Some Routine Maintenance That Needs Done Like The Timing Belt And Water Pump To Me. By Far Acura Of Columbus Did An Amazing Job. I Purchased My Vehicle At Lindsay Acura But Will Only Take My Car To Acura Of Columbus And Make Any Future Purchase There!!

THEY KEPT ME VERY WELL-INFORMED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. THE SERVICE REMINDERS WERE CODED. THEY MADE SURE THAT I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT MY CODE MEANT. THEY TOOK ME IN. AS THEY WERE DOING THE SERVICE, THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME THERE WAS ANOTHER THING THEY HAD TIME TO DO ON THAT DAY IF I WANTED TO DO IT. I CHOSE NOT TO, BUT IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THAT OPTION.
