Service Advisor Larry Jones Did An Exceptional Job. He Went Above And Beyond My Expectations. I Truly Had The Best Service Out Of Any Dealership I Have Ever Taken A Vehicle To. The Loaner Vehicle I Was Given Was Amazing, If I Were Able To Trade My Car In I Would Love To Have That Vehicle. It Was Very Nice Knowing My Car Was Done And I Was Updated As Soon As It Was Done And There Was No Pressure To Pick It Up Right Away. When I Received My Vehicle Back I Was Amazed By How Clean It Was And How Great Of A Job Larry Did Taking Care Not Only Of My Vehicle But Me As Well. The Dealership Was Very Nice Inside And Provided Me With Cheetos And A Nice Cold Sprite While I Signed The Paperwork And Larry Explained Everything With Me And Informed Me Of Some Routine Maintenance That Needs Done Like The Timing Belt And Water Pump To Me. By Far Acura Of Columbus Did An Amazing Job. I Purchased My Vehicle At Lindsay Acura But Will Only Take My Car To Acura Of Columbus And Make Any Future Purchase There!!

TL vs Audi was a no-brainer Acura Columbus Review
